Condition report:

The collection is in fair to very good condition overall. The items exhibit typical signs of age-related wear, including minor corner bumps, edge wear, yellowing, toning, and faint surface scuffing. The signed Basil Rathbone photograph has a substantial tear with complete paper loss along the right vertical edge, which affects the border but does not interfere with the signature or the central portrait. Some of the older paper ephemera pieces show minor creasing, toning, and edge wear.
