This inaugural release from SkyBox features a total configuration of 36 packs per box with 15 cards per pack, for a total of 540 cards. The packaging artwork showcases prominent players of the era, including David Robinson of the San Antonio Spurs, Akeem Olajuwon of the Houston Rockets, Larry Bird of the Boston Celtics, and Dennis Rodman of the Detroit Pistons.
