A collection of Marvel Comics primarily focused on the X-Men franchise and Wolverine solo titles, spanning the mid-1980s through the 2010s. The lot includes titles from the mainstream Marvel Universe, the Ultimate Marvel imprint, and the 2099 line. Notable early issues include X-Men Giant-Sized Annual number 9 (1985) featuring the Saga of Storm with art by Arthur Adams, and Marvel Comics Presents number 4 (1988). The Wolverine run includes issues 57, 60 (Book One: Beginnings), and 71 (Fatal Attractions tie-in). Condition report:
All comics are in raw, ungraded condition. The older Copper Age issues, specifically the X-Men Giant-Sized Annual number 9, show significant signs of shelf wear including spine stress, creasing, and rounded corners, consistent with a mid-to-low grade (approximately Good to Very Good). Many of the Modern Age issues appear to be in higher grades, generally ranging from Very Fine to Near Mint. Some issues are individually bagged and boarded, while others are loose.
