This is a vintage Golden Age comic book titled Walter Lantz New Funnies, issue number 113, published by Dell Publishing Co., Inc. in July 1946. The front cover artwork features the character Woody Woodpecker walking on stilts through a body of water while fishing with a bamboo pole. Below him, Andy Panda and Charlie Chicken are depicted in a small wooden tub.
